Shipping, Return and Discount Policies

ONLINE RETURNS
Online returns postmarked back to us within 7 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Returns postmarked back to us within 7 to 14 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days from receipt of returned items for funds to appear back in your account.
Contact stylists@vermillionstyle to initiate returns. 
 
Returned items must arrive in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) to be eligible for refund.  Items that are returned and arrive damaged cannot be refunded. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to our returns department.

All SALE items or items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
Special orders and Fine Jewelry are are non-refundable, and cannot be returned.
Trunk show merchandise is final sale.
 
Currently, Vermillion only ships within the U.S.
 
IN STORE RETURNS
We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit only on regular priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase. We regret that we can not offer cash or credit card refunds. All sale merchandise is final sale.
