Shipping + Returns
All eligible returns must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Return labels can be requested by emailing email@example.com. Returns requested after this window will not be processed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns and always include your order # in the subject line.
Please use the original packaging to return the item, or risk the return coming back damaged and unacceptable.
Trunk Show inventory is final sale. If you have any questions or would like to try on clothing via our Approval Program please contact email@example.com.
To be eligible for return, items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all VERMILLION and designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back. Note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.
SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If these items are returned, they will be sent back to the customer.
Vermillion is not liable for lost or missing packages of items. If you have any shipping issues, please contact Fedex or UPS.
